Tuesdays at 9 AM—Outdoor standing yoga and mindful walking. Wednesdays at 10 AM—Indoor chair yoga with distancing. Creating or maintaining a healthy world includes taking care of yourself. TLNC volunteer and chair yoga teacher Nancy LaPointe will teach how to integrate yoga techniques of posture, breathing and simple meditation into your daily life to benefit all aspects of your health. $5 with proceeds going to TLNC.
